  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash (if paying in person), credit cards and PayPal.
  2. Are there any shipping restrictions?
    We currently ship to the 48 states in the continental United States.
  3. What are your shipping charges?
    Shipping is free anywhere in the continental United States, provided your order value is at least US $50.00. We use standard shipping, so our deliveries take 3-5 business days from the point we send them out.
  4. How soon can I expect my delivery?
    This depends on how you have paid:

    • If you have purchasing in person and have paid by cash or credit card or personal check, you are obviously present at the point of sale, so the delivery is instantaneous!
    • If you have paid by paypal or credit card online, we will ship out your items within 1 business day of receiving your payment. It will take 3-5 business days from that point to get to you.

    We will keep you apprised of the status updates as soon as we get your order.

  5. What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. We will repair, exchange or refund only under the following circumstances:

    • You have received a damaged item: Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos of the item, the jewelry box, and the shipping box. Also let us know if you would like a repair, exchange or refund, and we will process the same for free upon receipt of the item. For cases where we don’t receive the email within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund.
    • Within the first seven days of receiving the item it breaks: Please send us an email immediately with a picture of the damage. We will repair or exchange it for free upon receipt of the item. For emails with damage information received after the 7-day window, we cannot process a rpair or exchange.
    • Between seven and thirty days of receiving the item it breaks: Please send us an email immediately with a picture of the damage. We will repair it for free upon receipt of the item (no exchanges). For emails with damage information received after the 30-day window, we cannot process a repair.
    • No repairs or exchanges or refunds are possible after 30 days have passed since the item was received by you.

    We will use the tracking information from the shipping label to determine the time of receipt in all cases.
